  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 cup (150g) contemporary raspberries (reserve 4 berries for garnish)
  • 1 cup (150g) contemporary blueberries
  • 4 mint sprigs

Instructions

In a bowl or 2-cup storage tub, stir the almond milk and chia seeds, then cowl and refrigerate in a single day.

Place the Greek yogurt and honey in a medium bowl and stir till easy. Add the berries and stir till well-mixed.

To assemble, get 4, 1 1/2-cup glass storage tubs or giant wine glasses.

In every glass, place 1/2 cup of the yogurt combination. Measure 1/4 cup of the chia pudding on prime of the yogurt and unfold evenly.
